（中央社記者魯鋼駿新竹市28日電）國民黨副總統候選人王如玄今天表示，她先前提到勞工起薪4萬元的願景，指的是青年畢業後，如參加「追薪學院」，完成課程，得到一定職能基準認證，就能保證4萬元起跳。

國民黨總統候選人朱立倫昨天在辯論會上提到未來要調整勞工最低薪資至新台幣3萬元。有人質疑，朱立倫的政策與王如玄先前在副手辯論會上說4萬元起跳，出現落差。

王如玄今天到新竹市參加「女性成長座談會」，答覆媒體詢問時表示，她在副總統候選人辯論會時所提的勞工起薪4萬元，是指年輕人畢業後，如參加「追薪學院」，完成課程，得到一定職能基準的認證，就能保證4萬元起跳，而朱立倫指的是勞基法的基本工資，兩者不同。

媒體追問王如玄對於最低基本工資3萬元是否滿意？王如玄表示，對勞工來說永遠都不夠，而她希望台灣勞工朋友的薪資越高越好，這也是為何當年她在勞委會主委任內，無法為勞工朋友加薪而離開勞委會的原因。1041228
